Go Kart Racing Las Vegas
While Sin City was built on gambling, adult entertainment, and Las Vegas nightlife, there is so much more to explore! Whether you are planning a family vacation, a girl's night or guy's night, a team-building retreat, or a bachelor party or bachelorette party, Vegas offers something for everyone, from amusement parks, museums, and aquariums to adrenaline-filled activities like Go-Karts, one of the fastest-growing sports worldwide.
What is a Go-Kart?
A Go-Kart or Go-Cart – the same thing, just spelled differently, is a smaller version of a racing car or a bigger version of a bumper car meant to be raced around an indoor or outdoor track. This single-person racing car with a lightweight skeleton body is powered by a two-stroke, four-stroke, or electric motor. Go-Karting is immersive and inexpensive entertainment for family, friends, and colleagues.
Go-Kart Safety
Always wear your seatbelt and helmet in a Go-Kart, and please do not ram the karts into each other. These are not bumper cars. They go at much higher speeds and can cause serious injuries if you ram each other at full speed. If this happens, you will be removed from the track and risk ruining the adventure for the people in your party. There are height restrictions for children under 18 years of age. They must be at least 48 inches (4 feet) and have a parent or guardian present.
Vegas Superkarts
You have the option of racing on an award-winning custom indoor or outdoor track. The tracks are designed to make you feel like you are racing on a mini private Grand Prix reserved for you and your group.
Gene Woods Racing Experience
Named after famed veteran racer Gene Woods, the Gene Woods Racing Experience offers two locations: the Gene Woods Racing "Drift" Experience at Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas and one at the Las Vegas Sports Center. The location on Fremont Street is billed as "the world's only purpose-built DRIFT TRACK designed to test your skills and features state-of-the-art electronic check-in and timing to provide instant feedback and scoring for all racers." At the Las Vegas Sports Center, they advertise that "visitors can race competitors in fast, high-performance karts, side by side, inches off the ground around the half-mile track at speeds faster than other standard racing karts' top speeds." Gene Woods also has a fantastic outdoor track (pictured) with banked turns and slick surface.
Indoor Go Kart Racing – The K1 Speed Difference
Weather is never a factor at K1 Speed; you can race every day of the year. The K1 difference and description: K1 features European-style all-electric karts. "These high-performance machines produce tremendous torque and horsepower from advanced electric motors. The karts are zero-emission and outperform their gas-powered counterparts, making them better for the environment, quieter, and easier to drive. With the K1 karts, racers won't have to worry about stalling the engine or dropping out of the power band in a tight corner. The electric motors produce maximum torque at all speeds! Race wheel-to-wheel at speeds up to 45 mph on an indoor track!" It's the most fun you will have inside!
Do I need experience to go kart in Las Vegas?
If you can push down on the "gas" pedal and can drive to some degree, you are qualified enough to operate a Go-Kart. There will also be courteous and professional staff on-site to offer instruction on how to operate the vehicles and several "beginner" options available for newcomers.
Is there a Dress Code? There is no mandated dress code, so you can dress as you like; however, closed-toe shoes are required (shoes with a closed toe and heel). FYI, shoe rentals are available on-site.
What is Go-Kart Pricing? Single races start around $30 per person for a race, with all-you-can-race options, group rates, and discounts. Youth-sized Go-Karts are available at a lower rate for families. Spectators can watch for free.

Brian Pfeiffer’s Comment on Go Karts Las Vegas
When people think of Las Vegas, they immediately think of the Strip, and while that is a huge part of the Sin City experience, visitors should venture beyond the Strip and take advantage of all the city and surrounding areas have to offer. Racing Go-Karts, as well as many of the other non-partying activities, is a great way to enrich your stay in the "entertainment capital of the world." For all you clubbers and diehard partiers, forge your penchant for partying for a while and take advantage of the great [desert]outdoors for a few hours.
At Bachelor Vegas, we offer fantastic packages at reasonable prices, and all our packages are buildable. We can bundle several services and activities in our Go-Kart packages with limos, party buses, Las Vegas drinking after, and dinner deals, bottle service, Las Vegas strip clubs, Las Vegas nightclubs, Vegas pool parties, Vegas shows, spas, shopping, shooting ranges, Top Golf, pole dancing classed, and so much more.
If you think you might want to meet some stagettes or Vegas girls and your budget can't accommodate the excessive bottle service pricing or expensive activities, we have an incredible deal! The Las Vegas Party Pass is a great cost-saving opportunity. You will receive a wristband that allows immediate VIP entry to 5 nightclubs and 4 pools with no cover. This wristband sure beats dealing with a long guestlist and club tickets line and a Las Vegas Promoter.
Some other options for entry include paid VIP Entry, club tickets, the club crawl, cheap bottle packages, or a bar card. All are good options for one or two events.
