Location Foundation Room is located on the 63rd floor of Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip at 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The entrance to the Foundation room can be found on the backside of the guest elevators facing the escalators to the beach level.

Hours of Operation Foundation Room is open 6 days a week from 6 PM until 2 AM. On Thursdays to Saturdays open until 3 AM, Closed Mondays.
